What do I do in the event of inclement weather?
We know that the weather/emergencies can be unpredictable and very harsh at times. We don’t want to run the risk of damage to our equipment or injury to the children. So, our policy is very simple. If you cancel for any reason before we leave the morning of the event, we will use your deposit towards a future rental. However, once we deliver and setup the product, no refund is available regardless of the circumstances. There is also risk in high wind situations. Although it does not happen often, there are times when we will have to decline setup if we feel it would be unsafe to use the equipment. Winds and rain in excess of 15 – 20 mph would prevent us from safely anchoring the unit.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely!
Are your rentals clean?
Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Do your units contain any lead in the vinyl and are they safe?
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
What type of parties and events do you provide rentals for?
Everything! Our inflatables are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selections of bouncers, water combos, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
How much does it cost to rent your units?
Rental rates will vary, but will always be competitive. We seek to provide the best value for your dollar in the industry. Each inflatable has prices listed with it on our rentals page.
How far in advance should I reserve my inflatable?
That would depend on the time of year and what inflatable(s) you would like to rent. Many of our rentals are booked well in advance of the usual holidays and major festivals. The best way to ensure that you will be able to reserve your desired inflatable is to book as soon as you have decided on the date for a party or event. We make every possible effort to avoid disappointing anyone who requests a specific item. Be sure to call us and we will always be happy to work with you.
Does the price include set up and delivery?
Our prices include set up and delivery within roughly 20 minute drive of us. Areas outside of the 20 minute driving radius may be charged a small delivery fee depending on the distance.
Do you deliver to parks and locations that are not residential?
Yes we do. Some parks require a permit that you would be responsible to get. The bounce house would need to be within 100ft of power outlet for each blower. If no power is available at the park, you would need to rent a generator from us (if we have available), or from a local hardware store.
How many children can fit in an inflatable?
Every bounce house has a different capacity and also depends on the ages of the children. Please call us to discuss if further assistance is needed.
When do you set up?
We start our deliveries in the morning sometimes as early as 6:00am depending on how many deliveries we have for the day. Your Inflatable will be delivered and set up, ready to be used, before the start time (time you choose when reserving) of the party. We will call/text the day before or earlier to let you know a 2 hour delivery time we plan to arrive.
Do we keep the blower plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps the air in the inflatable the entire time. That is why it is required to be set up within 100ft of a power outlet for each blower. Once unplugged, it will deflate. We also need it aired up when we come to pick it up so that we can make sure nothing was left inside it and to fold it down in a particular way to make it manageable to haul.
What surfaces do you set up on?
We set up on grass. Dry inflatables may be set up on flat, smooth concrete or asphalt with sandbags added to hold them down (may require additional fee). For insurance reasons and children’s safety, we cannot set up wet bounce houses on concrete.
Who is responsible for underground utilities and sprinkler systems?
Our inflatables are staked in the ground for safe operation. You are responsible to contact Diggers Hotline (811 or 800-242-8511) at least 3 days before we come to locate all underground utilities. If the location has a sprinkler system, you are responsible to know where each sprinkler head and lines are. We are not liable for any broken lines or damage done.
How should we get ready for the inflatable?
– The first thing is to make sure it will fit. We provide set up area dimensions for each inflatable so you can measure to make sure you have that much area available.
– Make sure the location is within 100ft of a power outlet for each blower. Also ensure that the outlet works by testing it.
– Then if you plan to cut your grass, please do so a couple days before we come. Fresh cut grass can stain the bounce house in the same way it can stain shoes while cutting grass. Rake up any grass clippings and/or leaves from the area where the inflatable will be. Ensure all dog waste is cleaned up as well.
How do I request a quote?
Simple. Just click the Book Now button on our site and fill out the form with your info and what rentals you are interested in.
What form of payment do you accept? When do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, business checks, cash, and money orders. We don’t accept personal checks. A $50 deposit is due at time or reservation and remaining balance is due at time of delivery.
Do you match competitor’s prices or accept competitor’s coupons?
We will match or beat any of our competitor’s prices or coupons, provided it is for the same exact inflatable. The competitor’s rental price or coupon must be posted on the internet or be publicly available to be considered for application to your order. We cannot, however, match delivery fees as they are dependent upon location.
Do you collect Sales Tax?
Yes, sales tax will be collected and will vary depending on what city or county the rental occurs in. Your quote will represent the local sales tax. If you are a non-profit entity or have a State approved tax exemption certificate we will ask that you provide us with an EIN number upon rental and a copy of the documentation.
Am I expected to tip the delivery people?
Our delivery team goes out of their way to make sure you have a great rental experience! If you wish to tip the delivery team for their great service it will be appreciated, but it is not required.
Why is an adult required at all times to monitor the use of an inflatable?
As is the case with any amusement attraction, playground equipment, or inflatable, there exists the possibility for misuse. Improper use by the occupants, such as climbing on the nets, rough housing, or running into one another can cause serious injury. It is important that a responsible adult be in charge of an inflatable at all times to ensure that all safety rules are followed to prevent injury.
What happens if I lose power?
All inflatables designed for commercial or rental use require a fan or blower that runs continuously. Should the blowers provided to you stop working, immediately remove the children playing in or on the inflatable. Then, check the circuit breaker to see if it has tripped. If it has tripped, reset the breaker and if this blower is working properly you may continue playing on the inflatable. Should the breaker trip a second time you should try another electrical outlet. If it trips again please call us right away.
How much electricity do your units use?
The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14¢ of electricity per hour, utilizing less energy than most household appliances.
Can your units be set-up indoors?
Yes. We can set up in gymnasiums, halls, churches, or anywhere else that can accommodate the height of our units.
Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.
Is it safe to use electricity with inflatables that use water?
It is important when using inflatables that require water that the electrical outlet be protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). This will trip if there is an electrical short. Also, you should ensure that any extension cords or electrical cords are not in or around water.
What are the safety rules for using the inflatables?
No smoking on or around the inflatable.
No fires or barbeques around the inflatable.
A responsible adult MUST supervise the inflatable at all times.
No pets, toys, sharp objects on or near the inflatable at any time.
Climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls is dangerous and is not allowed.
NO FACE PAINT, SILLY STRING, GLITTER, CONFETTI, PARTY POPPERS, COLORED STREAMERS ALLOWED! (These products will cause permanent damage and you will be responsible for any replacement fees/cleaning fees.
Shoes, glasses, jewelry, badges, and any sharp objects MUST be removed before using the inflatable to prevent damage to the inflatable.
Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step. Exit in a seated position. Stay clear of the entrance and exit when people are inside inflatable.
Ensure children are not push, colliding, roughhousing, fighting, or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause harm to others.
No food, drinks, or chewing gum on or near the inflatable. If the inflatable is collected in a dirty condition, you will be charged a cleaning fee starting at $50 and up (depending on the condition). If minor cleaning is needed, general dish soap and water are the only cleaning agents you can use.
Ensure children are not attempting summersaults or flips. Children should be clothed appropriately and nothing in their pockets.
Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable equipment during inflation and deflation. Keep children away from blower.
In the event winds reach 15 MPH, the inflatable MUST be deflated.
